My Metavolismos is a food supplement containing 18 active ingredients designed to support metabolism, increase energy levels, and enhance calorie burning.
It combines vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and herbal extracts to help combat fatigue, exhaustion, and low energy, while providing overall stimulation and improved concentration.
The formula includes plant extracts such as guarana, Siberian ginseng, apple cider vinegar, green tea, cinnamon, capsaicin, and caffeine, which contribute to body stimulation and energy support.
In addition, it contains the full B-vitamin complex, vitamin D, iron, zinc, and chromium—nutrients essential for the normal functioning of metabolism. Deficiencies in iron and certain B vitamins (such as B12, niacin, and B6) are associated with fatigue, drowsiness, poor concentration, and weakness.

Directions for Use
Take 1–2 capsules daily with food in the morning.
